Etel and Mashups
The second annual Emerging Telephony (Etel) conference is planned for Feb 26th to March 1rst in San Fancisco. It promises to be an exciting event, drawing on all the latest thinking and companies that are changing the face of the Communications industry today.
Telephony mashups represent an important trend and opportunity in the Telecom space, and as such have been included as part of the conference. In fact, yours truly will be helping judge some products as part of the first ever Telephony Mashup Competition, being jointly sponsored by O’Reilly Media and StrikeIron. Anyone developing a Telephony Mashup should definately take advantage of this opportunity to get some high-level visability of their work.
